Seo stands for search engine optimization. It means applying that techniques, that will help you to rank more higher and higher in SERPS (search engine result pages).
If you want more targeted traffic on your blog/site, then you must learn and practice white hat seo. Because without seo, you would only get search engine traffic by luck. But if you learn proper seo, then you would be doing everything like professional blogger.
If SEO word in new to you, then there are two main branches of seo. One is called on-page seo and another is called off-page seo.
On-pag with e seo includes all that things that you do on your site to make it of more quality in eyes of google and other search engines.
Basic on-page seo techniques:
Basic on-page seo is not difficult, and if you are a newbie you can easily learn all of the basic onpage seo from this post. Here i am going to share some of the basic practices that would improve your on-site search engine optimization.
Keyword and its proper use:
Any seo campaign start with keyword research. Indeed keyword research is the back bone of SEO. So, before writing any post, you should have done keyword research or should have proper keywords in your mind that you would be trying to rank for.
First of all i would suggest to do keyword research and find one main keyword that you would be going to use in your post. If you don’t know how to do keyword research, then read this post.
If you don’t want to do keyword research, then still you should have some main keyword in your mind because on-page optimization is not possible if you don’t have any keyword.
After finding your keyword, you should use them in the following places.
1. Title tag:
The first and foremost place where you should use your keyword is title tag. You should add your main keyword plus some helping words.
You should not only optimize your title for search engines by using keywords but you should also optimize it for humans by making it more attractive. Because if it is not optimized for humans, then few people will click on it and its CTR (click through rate) will decrease and its ranking in SERPS will also decrease.
2. H1, h1 and h3 heading:
Using your keyword in your heading is also very important for ranking. But the most important is h1 heading, but if you also use it in h2 naturally then it will definitely help.
It is better to use long tail keywords in h1 heading because it will increase your chances for ranking for some more keywords as well.
3. Keyword in content:
Now a days you should write you content more naturally and should use keyword as less as possible. You should use then only few times.
Use it one time in first paragraph and one time in last paragraph. The keyword density should not exceed 2 percent. But if your post length is more means if it is more than 500 words then using it less than 1 percent would be more natural and would be more beneficial.
4. Meta description and alt tag in images:
Using keyword is alt tag of your image is much more important because you can also get a lot of traffic from google images if your image is ranking at the first place. Therefore, you must use your keyword in alt tag.
Meta description is not that much important but writing an attractive meta description with your keyword can increase you CTR in SERPS and high CTR will indirectly push your page above in google.
Using these on-page seo practices, you can easily rank in google if you keywords has less competition. Because, i myself have ranked many pages only with on-page seo as the competition of my keywords are very low and do not need backlinks for ranking. You can do the same by learning keyword research from the link above and using on-page seo techniques listed in this page.
Can you tell me which are the h1 heading and h2 headings in this post?
h1 is the main heading and h2 is the sub heading.
I have written 800 words in the post, how many times i should use my main keyword? And if i have 3 main keywords, then what will be their frequency of repetition?
as i have said in the post, using main keyword in title, h1 heading, url and alt text is must. In content, you can keep keyword densily upto 1.5 or 2%. above it, your post would be over optimizied.
https://carbrandx.blogspot.com/2015/08/overhead-cam-engine.html
can you check my this post and tell me about its headings are right or not?
If your keyword is “overhead can engine” then it is perfect.
Always some helping words with your keyword in title because this would not only make it more attractive for readers but will also rank you page for some other long tail keywords as well.
BTW, you have a nice blog. If you are writing all this yourslef, means if it is unique content then why not buy a custom (.com) domain. It only costs 10$ per year.
Thanks Hamza.
yes, this is my own written content+ the diagrams
1) Can i use 2 or 3 keyword for a single post? If yes, then how to manage them in url and heading h1. BTW, i am using keyword planner for keyword research.
2) if have a post of 100 words and i have 3 keywords, then should i repeat every single keyword 2 times?
you can use more then one keyword but all the them should be related. Use only one keyword as your main keyowrd and use it in url, titile, alt tag etc. But use the other related keywords only in h1 heading and alt tag( if you have more then 1 pictures in post).
Try to use different long tail keywords.
How to use keyword in alt tag? either i should add it to the “add caption” option or is there any other method?
Sorry bro. I has been a long time time since i used blogger, so didn’t remembered the way. Search in google.
I have some more questions
Can i use the keyword with no competition, no bid, but has good monthly searches?
will longtail pro with crack work the same as that of genuine version?
Actually you need to find those keywords that have less keyword competition. The one shown in google adwords tools is advertisers competition and you should not look into it. You can find keyword competition using long tail pro or keyword revealer.
I myself focus less on bid (cpc) because as you can see most of the time adsense ads are shown irrelevant to content. It depends on some other factors as well. And that is the reason that i am getting 0.10$+ cpc on my keywords that has zero cpc.
The main key to ranking is find keywords with low keyword competition. And almost all thsoe keywords that has good monthly searches has high keyword competition. So, i would suggest to use keywords with less monthly searches.
But if you find keywords with good monthly searches and less competition then it is much better.
Regarding crack long tail pro, it doesn’t work like genuine because i have tried it myself. Instead of it i would recommend keyword revealer that you can use for free upto some extent. You can read in detail about it here : https://bloggingtricksandtips.com/keyword-revealer-review-free-alternative-longtailpro/
thanks very much
Hamza I have written 4 posts on my blog with good content and with low keyword competition, but mery blogger k views abe tk 200 huay hn, ye 4 posts m na pechly 22 days m likhay hain. Views na honay ki waja se m demotivate ho ra hun. Please btain k mery blog views m kis tra izafa ho.

Great work Hamza!
You include all on-page activities in a single post. On-page is the preliminary part of seo because it gives the direction to off-page seo activities. Now a days we also include design recommendation, and “rel= canonical” tag in on page seo. Over all nice work.
thanks for taking time to comment here.
